摘 要:以郑万客运专线联络线铁路预应力混凝土独塔斜拉桥为工程背景,其跨径布置为(32+138+138+32)m,结合支架现浇转体施工方法,对郑万铁路斜拉桥的施工及设计关键技术进行研究。建立斜拉桥的空间有限元模型,充分考虑结构非线性效应,通过理论分析的方法对高铁独塔斜拉桥构造及力学行为开展研究。重点进行主桥静力分析、稳定性分析、索塔锚固区域细部优化分析及结构动力分析。研究结果表明:支架现浇转体施工方法可以有效减小对既有线路的影响。该桥在施工及成桥阶段,结构受力及变形合理,稳定系数大,各项指标均满足规范要求,且具有较大富裕量。对于大跨铁路斜拉桥,索塔局部受力复杂,需进行局部受力分析,优化细部设计。该桥结构具有刚度大、整体性好的特点,且动力性能较好,有较高的行车舒适性。With reference to the railway PC single pylon cable-stayed pre-stressed concrete bridge located in Zhengzhou-Wanzhou dedicated passenger line with span arrangement of( 32 + 138 + 138 + 32) m and swivel construction method,researches on the key construction and design technology of ZhengzhouWanzhou Railway cable-stayed bridge are carried out. A three dimensional finite element model is established in full consideration of the structure nonlinear effect,and the structure and mechanical behaviors of the high-speed railway cable-stayed bridge are studied with theoretical analysis method. Main bridge static analysis,stability analysis,detail optimization analysis,and structure dynamic analysis are conducted. The research results show that the swivel construction method can effectively reduce the influence on the existing railway line. The structure stress and displacement are acceptable and the structure stability factor is large during construction and finishing stages. Therefore,all the indexes satisfy the requirements of specification with sufficient redundancy. For long-span railway cable-stayed bridge,the local force of cable tower is complicated,so the analysis of the local force is necessary to optimize detailed design. The bridge structure has the characteristics of larger stiffness,better integrity,and better dynamic performance to allow for higher driving comfort.
