摘 要:在分析切断点绝缘节处产生电弧放电原因的过程中,轮对经过绝缘节时形成的接触电阻对整个牵引回路具有很大的影响。接触电阻大小在短时间内大幅度的变化是形成电流突变的一个先决条件。因此,分析计算接触电阻的大小及其变化对研究切断点绝缘节处钢轨及绝缘节的烧损是必不可少的。目前,国内外在研究绝缘节处产生电弧放电的过程中,多采用实际测量的方式。而我国高铁迅速发展的情况下,这种方法加大了成本和工作量。提出将电接触理论运用到绝缘节处轮轨接触阻抗的计算过程中,建立相应的Mayr电弧模型,并通过相应案例分析来验证。分析显示:轮轨间的污染膜层对接触电阻大小的影响巨大,研究对绝缘节处电弧形成原因的理论分析具有重要意义。In analyzing the cause of the arc-discharge at the cut-off point insulation section,it is found that the contact resistance generated by the passing wheel has great influence on the whole traction loop.The significant change of the contact resistance in a short time is a prerequisite of the abrupt current change. Therefore,the analysis of the contact resistance and its changes is essential to the research on the burning of the insulation joint and the rail in the cut-off point insulation section. At present,the field measurement method is typically employed to study the arc-discharge in insulation section at home and abroad. However,with the rapid development of high-speed rail in China,this method has increased the cost and workload. For this reason,this paper proposes a Mayr arc model,which applies the electric contact theory to the calculation of the wheel-rail contact impedance in the insulation section and is verified by the corresponding case analysis. The analysis shows that the contamination layer between the wheel and the rail has great influence on the level of contact resistance. Therefore,the study in this paper has great significance to the theoretical analysis of the cause of arc-discharge in the insulation section.
