摘 要:为解决镁质瓷易炸瓷的现实问题,研究了分别掺不同助熔剂的三种镁质瓷,并对其性能进行了考察。分别对煅烧后的瓷坯进行了抗折强度、透过率、白度和物相等测试和分析。结果表明,制备的瓷体达到不炸裂不老化的要求。且掺入合成熟料的瓷体综合性能最好,其抗折强度达到198 MPa、透过率超过9.2%/2 mm、白度达到82.5。To solve the occasional cracking of magnesia porcelain, three kinds of magnesia porcelain samples doped with different fluxing agents were studied, and their properties were researched. The sintered ceramic bodies were investigated and analyzed by the tests of bending strength, transmittance, whiteness and crystal structure. The results indicate that the prepared porcelain samples meet the demands for not cracking and aging. Besides, the porcelain sample doped with synthesized clinker shows the optimum comprehensive performance with the bending strength and the whiteness at 198 MPa and 82.5, respectively, and the transmittance over 9.2%/2 mm.
