摘  要:陶瓷注射成型(CIM)是一种可净尺寸成型工艺,适用于体积小、形状复杂、成型精度高的陶瓷结构件。本文介绍了CIM的基本工艺过程,包括陶瓷粉体和粘结剂的选择、混料制备、注射工艺和脱脂工艺。重点阐述了粘结剂的性能及分类、脱脂工艺研究进展以及微注射成型和低压注射成型新技术。最后对陶瓷注射成型的发展趋势进行了展望。Ceramic injection molding (CIM) is a technology of net size molding. It is especially suitable for ceramic structures with small volume, complex shape and high precision. This paper introduces the basic technological process of CIM, including the selection of ceramic powders and binders, mixing preparation, injection process and degreasing process. The properties and classification of the binders, the research progress of degreasing technology, and the new technology of micro injection molding and low pressure injection molding are mainly elaborated. Finally, the development trend of ceramic injection molding is forecast.
