摘　　要：文中对海事系统航保水文发展现状进行了回顾,分析梳理了航保水文发展面临的严峻问题,系统分析了发展航保水文的重要性和必要性,并提出了相应的对策建议,以期推动海事航保水文事业科学发展。The paper makes a review on the development and existing conditions of hydrography for the purpose of navigation guarantee in the maritime administration system, studies the severe problems, systematically analyzes the importance and necessity for developing hydrography for the purpose of navigation guarantee, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, aiming at driving forward the scientific development of the hydrography for the purpose of navigation guarantee.
