摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病的中医治疗,临床上除了辨证准确外,还需基于"三因制宜",即因时、因地、因人制宜,了解患者年龄、性别、体质、病情轻重,了解发病时令,及所处地域环境等。Except accurate differentiation in clinic, TCM therapy for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） should be based upon the theory of ＂treatment individualized to patient, season and locality＂, that is, treat- ment should be appropriate according to the season, the locality and the patients, the age, gender, constitution and the patients＇ conditions should be surveyed, as well as the onset season, the region and the environment.
