循经按摩配合系统功能训练在肢体肿瘤保肢康复中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价循经按摩配合系统功能训练在肢体肿瘤保肢康复中的应用效果。方法:将40例采用人工假体置换保肢治疗的肢体骨肿瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,在常规手术治疗基础上,观察组实施联合康复训练,对照组给予常规康复护理。比较干预前后2组患者疼痛缓解率、肢体功能恢复情况、生活质量及术后住院天数。结果:术后住院天数观察组为(3.45±6.25)天,对照组为(29.45±10.52)。2组比较差异有统计学意义。疼痛完全缓解率观察组为75.0%,对照组为35.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后2个月、6个月时肢体功能恢复优良率对照组分别为60.0%、85.0%,观察组分别为90.0%、95.0%,2组同时期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量评分干预后2个月时2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后6个月时2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循经按摩配合系统功能训练能有效缓解患者的疼痛、加速患者的肢体功能恢复,缩短患者的住院时间,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To assess the effects of meridian massage and system functional training on therehabilitation of limb salvage treatment for limb tumor. Methods： Forty patients suffering limb tumor who acceptedartificial prosthesis replacement and limb salvage therapy were randomized into the observation group and thecontrol group, on the foundation of conventional surgery, the observation group accepted combination rehabilitationwhile the control group conventional rehabilitation nursing. Hospitalization days after surgery, quality of life, limbfunctional recovery conditions and pain remission rate of the patients were compared before and after theintervention. Results： Postoperative hospitalization days of the observation group were （3.45依6.25） days, less than（29.45 依10.52） of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups（P〈0.05）.Complete remission rate of the observation group was 75.0%, higher than 35.0% of the control group, and thedifferene had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. The excellence ratesof limb functional recovery of the control group intwo months and six months after the intervention were 60.0% and 85.0% respectively, lower than 90.0% and 95.0%of the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups atthe same period （P〈0.05）. The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of KPS scores in twomonths after the intervention between both groups（P〉0.05）, the difference had statistical meaning in thecomparisons between both groups in six months after the intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Meridian massage andsystem functional training could effectively relieve the pain of the patients and accelerate limb function, shortenhospitalization time and improve quality of life.
