摘  要:介绍了一种复合材料C型外翼后梁成型方法,从成型方案选择、制造工艺流程、模具和检验型架设计、工艺模型设计、下料和铺贴、预压实和转移、压力垫设计等方面进行了全面的分析。结果表明,选取阳模铺贴阴模固化、压力垫控厚的成型工艺研制的复合材料C型外翼后梁零件满足工程图纸要求。A method of manufacturing the composite based C-type outer wing rear beam, including the selection of molding scheme, manufacturing process, design of mold and test frame, establishment of technology model, prepreg cutting and layup, parts pre-bulking and transferring, design of pressure pad was described. The results showed that the composite based C-type outer wing rear beam can meet the requirements of engineering drawings by adopting the forming technology of positive die paving- cavity block curing and the molding process of controlling thickness of pressure pad.
