摘  要:驻极体传声器在高温高潮环境下易发生客户端低频噪音高频啸叫现象。本研究着重从改善装配环境、清洗工艺优化改善、在装配过程中使用防护用品加强组装过程防护,以及出货前进行潮热环境下的模拟测试等技术措施出发,对驻极体传声器的组装工艺进行优化,使驻极体传声器在高温高潮的环境下,客户端低频噪音高频啸叫现象得到有效控制。The electret microphone is prone to high frequency whistling and low frequency noise in high temperature and high tide environment. This research focuses on improving the assembly environment,cleaning process optimization and improvement,using protective equipment to enhance the assembly process protection during assembly,and the technical measures such as simulation test in hot flash environment before shipment. The assembly process of electret microphones will be improved to effectively control the low frequency noise and high frequency howling of the client in the high temperature and high tide.
