舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂对不同年龄阶段过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效评估

摘　　要：目的探讨不同年龄段过敏性鼻炎患者的临床疗效评估。方法选取我院2016年1月～2017年2月收治的120例过敏性鼻炎患者,将其按照年龄进行分组,即A组(7岁以下)、B组(8～12岁)、C组(13～18岁)、D组(19～40岁)、E组(41岁以上),每组各24例。五组患者全部实施舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂治疗,观察五组在治疗前和治疗6个月后和12个月后的症状总评分和药物总评分。结果五组患者在治疗前、治疗后6个月后和治疗12个月的药物总评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);五组患者治疗6个月和12个月后的药物总评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);五组患者在治疗前、治疗后6个月后和治疗12个月的症状总评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);五组患者治疗6个月后和12个月后的症状总评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论对不同年龄阶段的过敏性鼻炎患者使用舌下含服粉尘螨滴剂,疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广并应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of patients with allergic rhinitis at different ages. Methods 120 patients with allergic rhinitis who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected. They were grouped by age, namely group A（under 7 years old）, group B （8 to 12 years old）, group C（13 to 18 years old）, group D （19 to 40 years old）, and group E （over 41 years old）, with 24 cases in each group. All the five groups of patients were treated with sublingual dermatophagoides farinae drops. The total symptom scores and total drug scores of the five groups before treatment and 6 months and 12 months after treatment were observed. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total drug scores among the five groups before treatment, 6 months after treatment and 12 months after treatment（P〉0.05）; the total drug scores of the five groups of patients at 6 months and 12 months after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）; there was no statistically significant difference in the total scores of symptoms among the five groups before treatment, 6 months after treatment and 12 months after treatment（P〉0.05）; the total symptom scores of the five groups of patients 6 months and 12 months after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of sublingual dermatophagoides farinae drops for patients with allergic rhinitis at different ages is effective, safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
