甩肩疗法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨甩肩疗法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床疗效。方法收集2015年8月～2017年8月肱骨外科颈骨折患者40例,根据随机对照的原则,采用切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗为手术组,采用甩肩疗法为甩肩组,对比分析两组患者骨折愈合时间、术后3个月肩关节Constant评分等。结果甩肩组与手术组Constant评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),甩肩组骨折愈合时间短于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甩肩疗法治疗NeerⅡ、Ⅲ分型肱骨外科颈骨折可较好地恢复肩关节功能,与手术治疗无明显差异,可明显缩短骨折愈合时间,且费用低,无手术创伤,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of swing shoulder therapy. Methods A total of 40 patients with surgical neck fracture of humerus from August 2015 to August 2017 were enrolled. According to the principle of randomized control, the patients undergoing open reduction and locking plate fixation were enrolled in the operation group, and the patients treated with swing shoulder therapy were included in the swing shoulder group. The time of fracture healing, the shoulder Constant score at 3 months after surgery between two groups were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference of Constant score between the swing shoulder group and the operation group（P〉0.05）. The fracture healing time of the swing shoulder group was shorter than that of the operation group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The swing shoulder therapy in the treatment of Neer Ⅱ and Ⅲ surgical neck fracture of humerus can better restore the function of the shoulder joint. There is no significant difference between the treatment and the surgical treatment. The swing shoulder therapy can shorten the fracture healing time, with low cost and without surgical trauma, which is worthy of clinical application.
