摘　　要：脊柱截骨短缩术是脊柱外科常用的一种术式,其能将局部神经压迫解除,缓解局部疼痛,促进神经功能改善。随着脊柱截骨术的应用越来越广泛,手术安全性、疗效也相应提升,但其可能引起的脊髓损伤一直是医学领域尚未解决的难题。脊髓损伤会削弱脊髓功能,并引起运动能力下降、感觉功能异常等症状,严重时甚至造成完全性截瘫,对患者日常生活影响非常大。目前,医学研究中关于截骨短缩术的影响、安全范围均未形成统一标准,仍存在较多争议。为了进一步明确脊柱短缩与脊髓功能的关系,本文就此作一综述。Spine-shortening osteotomy is a commonly used procedure in spinal surgery. It can relieve local nerve pressure, relieve local pain and promote neurological improvement. With the increasing use of spinal osteotomy, the safety and efficacy of surgery have increased accordingly, but the possible spinal cord injury has been an unsolved problem in the medical field. Spinal cord injury can impair the function of the spinal cord and cause symptoms such as decreased exercise capacity and abnormal sensory function. In severe cases, it may even cause complete paraplegia, which has a great impact on the daily life of patients. At present, there is still no consensus on the influence and safety scope of spine-shortening osteotomy in medical research, and there are still many disputes. In order to further clarify the relationship between spine shortening and spinal cord function, this article will give a review about this.
