摘　　要：在新时代的大背景下,国家政策和当下工会工作实践均要求将建家工作置于工会工作的重要位置。工会只有将"家"建设得更具有归属感、安全感、亲密感和幸福感,才能更好地服务职工,提升职工生活质量。新时代加强工会建家工作,从建家业务活动角度,必须让职工成为工会建家的主体,建家标准应当有坚实的群众基础,将建设服务职工的小家与振兴国家的大家有机结合。从心理服务角度,需要组建职工之家的专业心理服务团队,建立职工心理档案,建立职工心理危机预警机制。In the new era, the work of building homes is indispensably required by nation policies and current trade unions＇ practice. In order to better serve staff and improve their living standard, unions have to build new homes with stronger sense of belonging, safety and energy. From the perspective of work activity, enhancing home-building demands to make staff major subject, adopt solid masses foundation and combine staff＇s little home construction with nation＇s big home promotion. From the perspective of psychological service, unions should establish a professional psychological service team, build emotional profle for staff and make psychology risk alarm mechanism.
