摘 要:大型发电机一般采用水-氢-氢冷却方式,定子铁芯及转子采用氢气冷却,发电机氢气冷却系统故障将导致发电机定子铁芯、转子温度升高,危及发电机铁芯及转子绝缘,可能造成重大设备损坏事故。本文通过对一种典型的发电机氢气冷却系统进行分析,研究制定了氢冷器冷却水限流调节及分级调整的防范措施,以防止冷氢温度高导致发电机绝缘损坏重大事故的发生。Large generators usually use water-hydrogen-hydrogen cooling mode, and the stator core and rotor are cooled by hydrogen. The fault of hydrogen cooling system in generator will cause temperature of stator core and rotor rise, endanger the insulation of generator core and rotor, and may cause serious equipment damage accidents. Based on the analysis of a typical hydrogen cooling system in generator, this paper studies and formulates the preventive measures for the cmwent limiting regulation and grading adjustment of the cooling water of hydrogen cooler to prevent the generator insulation damage caused by the high temperature of hydrogen cooling.
