摘　　要：难治性肾病综合征是临床常见的疑难病症,汪培国主任认为难治性肾病综合征为本虚标实之证,水湿、湿热、瘀血是重要致病因素,脾肾亏虚为发病之本,根据多年用药经验,运用标本兼治治则,改善水肿症状,减少尿蛋白,增加血浆白蛋白,疗效显著。Refractory nephrotic syndrome is a common and difficult clinical disease. Wang Peiguo thinks that refractory nephrotic syndrome is the evidence of this deficiency. water dampness,dampness and heat,blood stasis is an important pathogenic factor,deficiency of spleen and kidney is the basis of the disease,and according to many yearsundefined experience of drug use,The curative effect is remarkable by treating symptoms of edema,reducing urine protein and increasing plasma albumin.
