摘 要:研究连续纤维增强复合材料低压涡轮轴结构在扭转载荷作用下的静强度分析设计问题。以Ti-6-4/SC6为有限元模型结构材料,以复合材料层合板理论为基本力学理论基础,以蔡-吴强度失效准则为判定依据。对不同复合材料轴结构进行强度分析及失效判定。以某型航空发动机低压涡轮轴为基础模型进行有限元建模。通过"复材轴"和"分段轴"两种复合材料轴结构模型对复合材料铺层、铺角对轴结构力学性能及强度影响规律进行研究。以"复材轴"模型结构研究±45°与+45°两种普遍铺层方案的优劣,在研究"复材轴"铺层方案的基础上,以±45°铺层方案研究"复材轴"和"分段轴"及传统钛合金轴静强度性能对比。最后从工程实际角度针对"分段轴"给出提高强度的两种措施。The paper study static strength analysis and design of continuous fiber reinforced composite material low pressure turbine shaft structure under torsion load. Use Ti-6-4/SC6 as finite element structure material. use the theory of composite laminated plate as the basic mechanics theory, use Tsai-Wu strength criterion as failure criterion.Study different composite shaft structure with strength analysis and failure judged. On the basis of an aero-engine low-pressure turbine shaft establish finite element modeling. Research the mechanical performance influence regular via two kinds of structure model of composite shaft and section shaft. Use composite shaft model to study the strength and weakness with two kinds of ±45°and +45° layer scheme.Base on lay-up scheme of composite shaft, use ±45° lay-up scheme to study the comparison of mechanical performance of composite shaft, section shaft and the traditional titanium alloy shaft. Finally, with the perspective of actual project focus on developing strength, two measures are presented.
