摘 要:通信机柜的发热量随着其通信芯片集成度的增大而不断增大,为降低这一问题的对通信机柜运行的影响,本实验研制出一种新型通信机柜抽屉隔板式热管换热装置,以铝制发热板模拟机柜发热,利用平板热管导出热量,并以风扇及散热风道辅助散热。其性能试验研究结果表明:在室内空气温度24℃左右、热板温度40℃~95℃的测试条件下,单根热管和整个散热装置(9根热管)的散热量分别可达0.17kJ/min和6.6 kJ/min;能源利用效率COP(Coefficient of Performance)值分别可达0.16和6.45,该装置利用导热性能极高的热管为高发热通信机柜的散热提供了一种行之有效的方法。The thermal value of communication cabinets is increasing with the increasing integration of Communication chips, in order to decrease the impact of this problem on communication cabinets running, in this experiment, a new drawer type heat exchange device which made by heat pipes was developed, the aluminum hot plate is used to simulate the heat circumstance of communication cabinets, the flat heat pipe is used to remove heat, fan and air tunnel as the assistive tools. The test results as followings: under the conditions that the indoor temperature is around 24℃ and the hot plate temperatures range is from 40℃ to 95℃, the heat dissipating capacity of single heat pipe and the whole cooling device(9 heat pipes)can reach 0.17kJ/min and 6.6kJ/min respectively; And the COP(Coefficient of Performance) can reach about 0.16 and 6.45 respectively. The cooling device which consisted of the flat heat pipes with high thermal conductivity, provides an effective method for cooling the communication cabinets.
