摘 要:加工中心在刀库上通常有会多把刀具,而这些刀具的长度难免会有差异。具体使用时,操作者只要知道每把刀具相对标刀的长度差异,就可以只用标刀对刀,而对其它刀进行长度补偿即可。这样不需要根据每把刀的长度来确定编程值,可以简化程序编制。分析了跳转功能和宏指令功能的使用方法及特点,提出了应用数控系统的跳转功能和宏指令功能进行长度补偿值的自动测量的方法和步骤,并编制了具体的测量程序。实验表明,这种方法可以准确的自动测量出刀具的长度补偿值,并存储在系统的长度补偿寄存器中,从而使得刀具长度补偿的建立操作快捷、高效,方便了机床操作人员的使用。Machining centers usually have a lot of knives on the knife base, and the length of these knives will be different.As long as know each differences in the length of the tool relative to the standard tool, the operator can only use the standard tool to establish the benchmark, and give the length compensations for other tools.This does not require a programming value based on the length of each tool and simplify the programming. The methods and characteristics of the jump function and macro instruction are analyzed, the method and step of automatic measurement of length compensation using the jump function and macro command function of NC system are put forward, and the specific measurement procedures are prepared.Experiment shows that this method can accurately measure the compensation value of tool length automatically, and store it in the system register of length compensation, so as to make the operation of building tool length compensation fast and efficient,convenient the use of machine tool operators.
