摘 要:在石油管道和井下作业工具中,存在大量不等径连续变截面圆管结构,其压降计算还没有可靠的理论公式。特别是大型水力压裂施工过程中,高速流体通过压裂管柱及工具的连续变截面结构时,产生的压力损失不容忽视,需准确计算。通过对进出口不等径的缩扩和扩缩结构进行理论和数值模拟分析,得到了进出口不等径的缩扩和扩缩结构压降计算公式,进一步推演出了不等径连续变截面圆管结构压降计算公式,为石油管道、工具及地面其他输流管线内部存在的连续变截面圆管结构压降计算提供可靠的方法和理论依据。Substantial non-uniform continuous cross-section tube structure exist in the oil pipeline and downhole operation tools,however, there is no reliable theoretical calculation formula to calculate their pressure drop. The pressure loss generated when high-speed fluid flow through the continuous variable cross-section of fracturing strings and tools must not be ignored and should be calculated accurately especially in the massive hydraulic fracturing. Through theory and numerical simulation analysis to inlet and outlet non-uniform converging-diverging and extending-contracting structure,it can conclude the pressure drop calculation formula of non-uniform continuous variable cross-section tube structure which provide reliable method and theory basis for the pressure drop calculation of continuous variable cross-section tube structure existed in oil pipeline,tools and surficial fluid conveying pipes.
