摘 要:为了使服装经销商在服装产品生命周期内合理设置安全库存,提出需求非正态分布下服装产品安全库存决策算法,然后通过具体算例验证该算法的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明:在服装产品生命周期内,提高成熟期内的安全库存和降低衰退期的安全库存,可以减少服装经销商不必要的安全库存;当服装产品的服务水平较低时,增加安全库存可以大幅提高服务水平,但是当服装产品的服务水平增加到一定程度时,再提高服务水平就需要大幅增加安全库存来实现;压缩服装产品供货提前期可以降低服装经销商各时期内的安全库存,且随着压缩程度的提高,服装产品的安全库存减少量也会增大;服务水平是服装经销商进行安全库存设置时的最大影响因素。In order to make clothing distributors reasonably set up the safety stock in the life cycle of clothing products, a decision-making algorithm for the safety stock of clothing products under non-normal distribution of demand is proposed, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are verified by specific examples. The results show that during the life cycle of clothing products, increasing the safety stock in mature period and reducing the safety stock in recession period can reduce the unnecessary safety stock of clothing distributors, that when the service level of clothing products is relatively low, increasing the safety stock can greatly improve the service level, but when the service level of the clothing products increases to a certain extent, the further improvement of the service level requires a significant increase of the safety stock, that to compress the supply lead time of clothing products can reduce the safety stock of clothing distributors in each period, and with the increase of compression degree, the quantity of safety stock reduction of clothing products will also increase, and that the service level is the biggest influence factor when clothing dealers set up safety stock.
