探讨二甲双胍联合阿托伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析糖尿病合并高脂血症患者接受二甲双胍联合阿托伐他汀治疗的效果,为临床治疗提供参考。方法 2016年9月—2017年9月该院对糖尿病高脂血症患者46例开展了分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,各23例,观察组使用二甲双胍联合阿托伐他汀治疗,对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,对两组的血糖和不良反应情况进行比较。结果观察组患平均空腹血糖是(6.7±0.5)mmol/L,平均餐后2 h血糖是(10.7±2.8)mmol/L,平均hs-CRP水平是(4.7±1.2)mmol/L;对照组分别是(7.2±0.8)mmol/L,(12.3±1.7)mmol/L,(6.8±0.8)mmol/L;两组的结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有2例不良反应病例,对照组有8例不良反应病例,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病合并高脂血症患者接受二甲双胍联合阿托伐他汀治疗的效果比较好,临床中应该积极的推广使用。Objective To study the effect of metformin combined with atorvastatin in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods From September 2016 to September 2017, 46 patients with diabetic hyperlipidemia were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, all of which were in 23 cases. The observation group used metformin in combination with Atovar. The statin was treated with metformin in the control group, and the blood glucose and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The mean fasting blood glucose was（6.7±0.5）mmol/L in the observation group,（10.7±2.8）mmol/L of glucose after meal for two hours, and the mean hs-CRP level was（4.7±1.2）mmol/L. The control group were （7.2±0.8） mmol/L, （12.3±1.7）mmol/L, （6.8±0.8）mmol/L; the results of the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the observation group and 8 cases of adverse reactions in the control group. The results were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia have better efficacy in receiving metformin combined with atorvastatin, and should be actively promoted in clinical use.
