摘　　要：目的观察对于糖尿病视网膜病变患者使用玻璃体腔注射康柏西普的临床效果。方法 2018年1—8月选取在该院接受治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者150例,将其按照随机方法分为对照组(75例)和观察组(75例)。对所有患者的治疗均使用玻璃体腔一次性注射药物治疗,观察其并发症情况。结果观察组在治疗后3个月BCVA相较于对照组明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后BCVA相较于治疗前均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前视网膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论玻璃体腔注射康柏西普对于治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者效果显著,可显著改善患者视力,并恢复视网膜功能,具有较高安全性。Objective To observe the clinical effect of intraperitoneal injection of compacept in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 150 patients with diabetic retinopathy who were treated in the hospital were enrolled. They were randomly divided into control group （75 cases） and observation group （75 cases）. All patients were treated with a single intravitreal injection of the drug in the vitreous cavity to observe the complications. Results In the observation group, BCVA was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 months after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The BCVA of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatmentthe different was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the thickness of retina before treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The intravitreal injection of Compaqip is effective in the treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy, which can significantly improve the vision of the patient and restore the retinal function, with higher safety.
