免气腹悬吊式腹腔镜在卵巢良性肿瘤剥除术中的应用及对患者术中出血及术后排气时间的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢良性肿瘤患者接受免气腹悬吊式腹腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法方便选取2008年1月—2017年12月期间东南大学医学院附属南京同仁医院妇科收治的卵巢良性肿瘤患者109例纳为此次实验对象,使用掷色字的方法分为两组,54例对照组患者接受气腹腹腔镜剥除术,而55例观察组患者则接受免气腹悬吊式腹腔镜剥除术,并对两组患者的手术指标、并发症情况进行观察和比对。结果观察组并发症发生率为5.45%,对照组并发症发生率为18.52%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.680,P=0.035);而观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、体温恢复时间以及术后排气时间等各项手术指标情况均要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=28.809,P=0.000;t=27.260,P=0.000;t=14.357,P=0.000; t=17.511,P=0.000)。结论在对卵巢良性肿瘤患者给予治疗的过程中,采取免气腹悬吊式腹腔镜剥除术,可以减少患者的术中出血量,加快术后排气时间,对患者的预后情况有着积极影响。Objective To study the effect of gasless laparoscopy with suspension in the Benign ovarian tumor excision. Methods 109 cases of patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 54 cases used the pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic stripping, while the observation group with 55 cases used the gasless laparoscopy with suspension, and the operation indexes, and complications were compared and observed. Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 5.45% and 18.52%, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=4.680,P=0.035）; and the operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount, temperature recovery time and postoperative exhaust time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （t=28.809,P=0.000;t=27.260,P=0.000;t=14.357,P=0.000;t=17.511,P=0.000）. Conclusion The gasless laparoscopy with suspension in the benign ovarian tumor excision patients can reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount, and accelerate the postoperative exhaust time, and it has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients.
