催产素引产过程中联用地西泮促宫颈成熟及加速产程进展的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析催产素引产过程中联用地西泮促宫颈成熟及加速产程进展的效果。方法方便选取该院妇产科2017年5月—2018年5月的96例待产妇随机分为观察组与对照组,每组48例,对照组待产妇仅使用催产素引产,在对照组基础上,观察组联用地西泮帮助待产妇生产,观察两组患者的宫颈Bishop评分及宫颈成熟度和产程。结果观察组用药后12 h的宫颈Bishop评分(5.40±1.37)分显著高于对照组用药后12 h的宫颈Bishop评分(2.91±1.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.152,P<0.05)。观察组的促宫颈成熟率95.83%显著高于对照组81.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.692,P<0.05)。观察组患者的总产程(11.76±1.17)h也显著短于对照组(13.61±2.82)h,差异有统计学意义(t=6.379,P<0.05)。结论催产素引产过程中联用地西泮对促宫颈成熟与加速产程进展具有较好的效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of oxytocin and diazepam for cervical ripening and accelerating labor progress in the induction process. Methods 96 cases of expectant mothers admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group only used the oxytocin, while the control group used the oxytocin and diazepam, and the cervical Bishop score, cervical maturation and labor process of the two groups were observed. Results The cervical Bishop score in 12 h after medication in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group[（5.40±1.37）points vs （2.91±1.16）points], and the difference was statistically significant（t=7.152,P〈0.05）, and the cervical ripening rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（95.83% vs 81.25%）,the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=8.692, P〈0.05 ）, and the total labor process in the observation group was obviously shorter than that in the control group[（11.76±1.17）h vs （13.61±2.82）h, the difference was statistically significant（t=6.379, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of oxytocin and diazepam for cervical ripening and accelerating labor progress in the induction process is good, which is worth clinical promotion and application.
