摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜支气管袖式成形、肺动脉袖式成形肺癌根治术治疗非小细胞肺癌局部复杂病变的围术期护理。方法回顾性分析2017年1—12月在该院做胸腔镜支气管袖式成形、肺动脉袖式成形肺癌根治术治疗非小细胞肺癌局部复杂病变两例患者的围术期护理要点,加强手术室护士对手术患者的术前访视及术前手术常规、特殊器械、耗材的准备,并注意与手术医生的良好配合,保证手术顺利完成。并调查医生对护理配合的满意度,观察手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症的情况。结果手术护理配合流畅、到位,医生满意度高,手术过程顺利,手术时间(2.75±0.25)h,术中出血量(250±50)mL,未发生并发症(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜支气管袖式成形、肺动脉袖式成形肺癌根治术治疗非小细胞肺癌局部复杂病变的手术技术难度较大,熟练的手术配合是手术顺利完成的重要因素。Objective To study the perioperative nursing of thoracoscopic bronchoplasty and pulmonary sleeve sleeve plasty for lung cancer of local complex lesions in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The perioperative nursing key points of 2 cases with local complex lesions in non-small cell lung cancer for thoracoscopic bronchoplasty and pulmonary sleeve sleeve plasty treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were reviewed, and the preoperative visit, preoperative operative routine, preparation of special equipment and consumables of the operative patients were enhanced, thus ensuring the successful operation, and the satisfactory degree of doctors to the nursing cooperation was surveyed, and the operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount and postoperative complications were observed. Results The operative nursing cooperation was smooth with high satisfactory degree of doctors, and the operation course was successful, and the operation time and intraoperative bleeding amount were respectively （2.75±0.25）h and （250±50）mL, without complications（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The difficulty of thoracoscopic bronchoplasty and pulmonary sleeve sleeve plasty for lung cancer of local complex lesions in non-small cell lung cancer is big, and the skilled operative cooperation is a major factor of successful operation.
