摘  要:目的:分析中风经典方药归经性味,以方测证,探讨中风病因病机。方法:以庞振中主编的《古今名医名方秘方大典》为方剂来源,分析西汉至清代的中风经典方药的归经、五味和四气,并比较唐宋前和唐宋后的变化。结果:西汉至清末期间,药物以归脾(54.62%)、肝(51.26%)、肺(41.18%)、心(40.97%)、胃(27.94%)、肾(27.52%)经多见。五味以辛(64.29%)、甘(40.76%)、苦(40.13%)多见,四气以温性(47.69%)多见,其次寒(21.85%)、平(17.86%)性。唐宋前和唐宋后比较,在归经五味四气方面无显著差异。结论:中风和脾、肝、肺、心、胃、肾经有关,多用辛、甘、苦味和温性药;唐宋前后用药规律一致。Objective:To analysis classic Chinese prescriptions and medicine in order to uncover the mechanism of apoplectic. Methods:Based on the prescriptions of Prescription Recipe of Ancient and Modern Chinese Medicine prescribed by PANG Zhenzhong,the author analyzed channel tropism,five flavors and four properties of stroke classic prescription from the Western Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty,and compared the changes before and after the Tang and Song Dynasties. Results:During the period from the Western Han Dynasty to the late Qing Dynasty,herbs which distributes to spleen(54.62%),liver(51.26%),lung(41.18%),heart(40.97%),stomach(27.94%),kidney(27.52%)are used more often than herbs which are distribution to other channel. Herbs which are pungent(64.29%),sweet(40.76%),bitter(40.13%)in taste,while the property is more common in warm(47.69%),followed by cold(21.85%)and flat(17.86%). Before and after the Tang and Song Dynasties and Tang and Song Dynasties,there was no significant difference in the characteristics of classic prescriptions and medicine of stroke. Conclusion:Etiology and pathogenesis of apoplectic have a close relation with the channel of spleen,liver,lung,heart,stomach,kidney. And herbs which are pungent,sweet,bitter in taste and warm in property are used more often in terms of treatment. We found the consistency of the medication rule before and after the Tang and Song dynasties.
