祛风宁肺散治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察祛风宁肺散治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法：将72例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为两组,各36例。试验组口服祛风宁肺散;对照组口服孟鲁斯特片＋盐酸丙卡特罗片。14 d后观察两组疗效,1个月后进行随访。结果：治疗组和对照组的临床有效率各时点比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组临床有效率与对照组相比明显增高。治疗后两组的中医证候积分明显下降,咳嗽次数和咳嗽程度较治疗前有显著改善,且差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：祛风宁肺散治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效较好。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Qufeng Ningfei San on treating children with cough variant asthma in children. Methods：72 children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with Qufeng Ningfei San and the control group was treated with montelukast and procaterol hydrochloride tablets. The efficacy of the two groups was observed after 14 d,followed after 1 month later. Results：The clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the number and degree of cough were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Qufeng Ningfei San on children with cough variant asthma is better.
