基于中医传承辅助系统探讨吴焕林教授治疗胸痹用药规律

摘　　要：目的：通过回顾吴焕林教授门诊中胸痹患者的处方信息整理,探寻吴教授治疗胸痹的用药规律,冀望为阐明吴焕林教授对胸痹治疗的思想提供参考。方法：收集及整理吴焕林教授2015—2017年门诊治疗胸痹患者的处方,建立数据库,借助中医传承辅助平台,采用apropri算法及复杂系统熵聚类等方法对其进行数据挖掘,确定吴焕林教授常用处方中的各中药的关系,包括关联规则及用药频次,提炼出吴教授治疗胸痹的常用药物并得出新方。结果：此研究共纳入出处方407首,统计出频次≥80的中药有24味,频率在≥120次的高频药物组合有46组,挖掘出中心的药物有9味,核心组合24组,根据关联规律得到新处方11首。结论：吴焕林教授治疗胸痹时以健脾益气、利湿化痰、活血化瘀治疗方法为主,处方用药上喜用、善用茯苓、白术、三七、党参、首乌藤、法半夏、橘红、远志等药物,治疗上注意化痰祛瘀,重在五脏整体调理。Objective：By reviewing the prescription information of professor WU Huanlin in the outpatient department of thoracic obstruction,this paper explores the law of the treatment of thoracic obstruction by professor WU Huanlin,hoping to provide a reference for elucidating professor WU Huanlin＇s thought on the thoracic obstruction TCM treatment. Methods：The prescription of professor WU＇s outpatient treatment to the thoracic obstruction patients in 2015—2017 were selected for the research,and were analyzed by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,apropri algorithm and entropy clustering of complex system,to determine the relationship including association rules and drug use frequency among each Chinese traditional medicines in the common prescriptions that professor WU commonly used in clinical and in order to abstract professor WU＇s commonly used drugs for treating chest obstruction and get new prescriptions. Results：In this study,a total of 407 prescriptions were included. Statistics showed that there were 24 Chinese medicines with frequency ≥ 80 and 46 high frequency drug combinations with frequency ≥ 120. Moreover,9 kinds of drugs,24 groups core combination,11 new prescription were excavated from the center according to the correlation rule. Conclusion：Professor WU Huanlin treating thoracic obstruction mainly by strengthening spleen and supplementing Qi,promoting dampness and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. He likes to use and also makes good use of Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Panax notoginseng,Codonopsis pilosula,Rhizoma Pinelliae,orange red,Radix Polygala et al. On treatment,professor WU pays attention to removing phlegm and removing blood stasis,focusing on the overall conditioning of the five Zang organs.
