摘　　要：查阅近几年有关糖尿病周围神经病变的相关文献,分别从中医、西医、中西医结合的角度对DPN的临床防治与研究进展进行综述,为糖尿病周围神经病变的临床研究和临床治疗提供文献支持。In order to provide literature support for clinical research and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）,this paper reviews the clinical prevention and research progress of DPN from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,Western medicine and integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
