薛己应用补中益气汤治疗产后常见病经验探讨

摘　　要：明代著名医家薛己继承发扬李杲的脾胃元气论,善用补中益气汤治疗产后常见病如腹痛、咳喘、头痛、小便频数、便血等,其遣方用药,既尊奉经典,又熟稔时方,积有丰富经验。现代人们不仅广泛应用本方,如治疗产后子宫缩复不良、子宫脱垂、尿潴留、尿失禁、脱肛等;还从提高抗应激能力、调节胃肠功能、调节新陈代谢、调节免疫功能等方面对其药理作用进行了深入探讨,为临床应用提供了依据。XUE Ji,a well-known physician in the Ming Dynasty,inherited and developed LI Gao＇s theory of spleen and stomach as the root of promordial Qi,and made the best use of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to treat the common postpartum diseases,such as abdominal pain,cough and asthma,headache,frequent urination and hematochezia. He had a wealth of experience in both classic and contemporary prescriptions. Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is used widely nowadays to treat postpartum poor contraction of the uterus,uterine prolapse,urinary retention,urinary incontinence,rectocele,etc. In addition,its pharmacological effects of improving anti-stress ability,regulating gastrointestinal function,regulating metabolism and regulating immune function are being explored to provide evidence for clinical application.
