摘 要:药用植物萜类成分具有广泛的生物活性,已被用于临床并有较好疗效。萜类化合物主要来自于自然资源,产量较低,由于药材市场需求量逐年递增、自然资源逐渐减少,供不应求的局面较为严重。随着对其代谢工程和合成生物学研究的逐步深入,萜类化合物种类和产量大幅度增加。该文围绕萜类化合物药用植物萜类成分在异源表达宿主中生产及表达的成功应用进行综述,这对于推进萜类化合物的工业化合成生产、增加萜类化合物多样性和中药资源的可持续利用具有十分重要的现实意义和应用价值。Terpenoids in medicinal plants have a wide range of biological activities,they have been used in clinic and have good curative effects. Terpenoids mainly come from natural resources but the yield is low. Because the market demand of medicinal materials increases year by year,natural resources decrease gradually,the situation of supply exceeds demand is serious. With the development of metabolic engineering and synthetic biology,the species and yield of terpenoid have been greatly increased. This paper focuses on the successful production and expression of terpenoids in heterologous expression host. It is of great practical significance in promoting industrialization,synthesis and production of terpenoids,increasing diversity of terpenoids and sustainable utilization of traditional Chinese medicine resources.
