耳鼻咽喉科常用岭南中草药研究

摘　　要：岭南地区独特气候环境、生活习惯及体质决定了疾病的发生及发展具有相对特殊性,岭南医家更喜用岭南中草药治疗岭南地区耳鼻咽喉科常见病并取得较好疗效。文章列举广州中医药大学第一附属医院耳鼻咽喉科用岗梅根、龙脷叶、木蝴蝶、猫爪草、竹蜂治疗咽喉疾病以及用五指毛桃治疗变应性鼻炎的临床经验及药理研究进展,以更好地总结岭南中医药学术经验和传承岭南中医药文化。The unique climate environment,living habits and physique in Lingnan area determine the occurrence and development of the disease,it has a relative particularity. Lingnan doctors prefer to use Lingnan Chinese herbal medicine to treat common diseases of otolaryngology in Lingnan area and obtain good curative effect. The clinical experience and pharmacological research progress of the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou university of traditional Chinese medicine department of otorhinolaryngology using Gangmeigen,Sauropus spatulifolius Beille,Oroxylum indicum（Linn.）Kurz,Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.,bamboo bee to treat pharynx and larynx disease,and using Ficus simplicissima Lour. to treat allergic rhinitis were reviewed in this paper to better summarize the Lingnan Chinese medicine academic experience and heritage Lingnan Chinese medicine culture.
