摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加蒙脱石和酵母培养复合物替代抗生素和氧化锌(Zn O)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响。选取31日龄、平均体重为(6.78±0.19)kg的"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪180头,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮+抗生素(500 g/t 15%金霉素+200 g/t 50%喹乙醇)+Zn O(3 kg/t),试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮+抗生素+Zn O+蒙脱石和酵母培养复合物(1.5 kg/t),试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+Zn O+蒙脱石和酵母培养复合物,试验Ⅲ组饲喂基础饲粮+抗生素+蒙脱石和酵母培养复合物,试验Ⅳ组饲喂基础饲粮+蒙脱石和酵母培养复合物。试验期35 d。结果显示:1)试验15~35 d时,试验Ⅲ和Ⅳ组断奶仔猪的平均日采食量显著高于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);试验15~35 d和1~35 d时,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验14和35 d时,试验Ⅲ和Ⅳ组断奶仔猪的血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0.05);各组的血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(UN)含量和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,试验14 d时,各试验组断奶仔猪的血清免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(INF-γ)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的血清免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)和白介素-4(IL-4)含量显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组的血清白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-2(IL-2)和白介素-6(IL-6)含量显著升高(P<0.05);试验35 d时,各试验组的血清免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)和TNF-α含量显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ和Ⅳ组的血清Ig M含量显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组的血清INF-γ和IL-6含量显著升高(P<0.05)。4)与对照组相比,试验14 d时,试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组断奶仔猪的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05),各The study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary montmorillonite and yeast culture complex replaced antibiotics (AB) and zinc oxide (ZnO) on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes, immunity function and antioxidant capacity of weaned piglets. One hundred and eighty 31-day-old “Duroc×Langdrance×Largewhite” weaned piglets with average body weight of (6.78±0.19) kg were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 6 piglets per replicate (males and female in half). Piglets in control group were fed the basal diets supplemented with AB (500 g/t 15% chlortetracycline and 200 g/t 50% olaquindox) and ZnO (3 kg/t), and the others in experimental groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were fed the basal diets supplemented with AB, ZnO and montmorillonite and yeast culture complex (1.5 kg/t), ZnO and montmorillonite and yeast culture complex, AB and montmorillonite and yeast culture complex, montmorillonite and yeast culture complex, respectively. The experiment lasted for 35 days. The results showed as follows: 1) average daily feed intake (ADFI) of weaned piglets in experimental groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group and experimental group Ⅰ at 15 to 35 days ( P 〈0.05), and average daily gain (ADG) in experimental groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group at 15 to 35 days and 1 to 35 days ( P 〈0.05). 2) Compared with control group, at 14 and 35 days, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity in serum of weaned piglets in experimental groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly decreased ( P 〈0.05), and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity in serum in experimental groups Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly decreased ( P 〈0.05). There were no significant differences in the contents of total protein (TP), albumin (ALB) and urea nitrogen (UN) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity in serum in all groups ( P 〉0.05). 3)Compared with c
