摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲料不同加工工艺对复合微生态制剂菌种存活率和饲料颗粒质量的影响,并探索饲料加工工艺和复合微生态制剂对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响。试验选用864只1日龄白羽爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡,按照性别比例一致原则随机分为8组,每组6个重复,每个重复18只鸡,进行为期42 d的饲养试验。肉鸡饲粮加工采用普通调质制粒(OT)和大料高温调质低温制粒(ET)2种加工工艺,每种加工工艺按金霉素和复合微生态制剂的添加量不同设4个处理,金霉素和复合微生态制剂的添加量分别为0和0 mg/kg(0/0组)、600和0 mg/kg(600/0组)、300和200 mg/kg(300/200组)以及0和200 mg/kg(0/200组)。结果表明:1)在颗粒饲料加工质量方面,ET工艺对肉鸡饲粮中复合微生态制剂菌种存活率与饲料颗粒质量的影响效果显著优于OT工艺(P<0.05)。2)在肉鸡生长性能方面,在OT工艺条件下,金霉素和复合微生态制剂的添加量对肉鸡生长性能影响不显著(P>0.05);在ET工艺条件下,0/0组肉鸡生长前期末重与平均日增重显著高于300/200组和0/200组(P<0.05);不考虑金霉素和复合微生态制剂添加量,OT组肉鸡生长性能显著高于ET组(P<0.05)。3)在肉鸡免疫功能方面,各组肉鸡免疫器官指数和肠道微生物数量差异不显著(P>0.05)。4)在肉鸡血浆生化指标方面,在同一工艺条件下,金霉素和复合微生态制剂的添加量对血浆生化指标的影响差异不显著(P>0.05);不考虑金霉素和复合微生态制剂添加量,2种加工工艺对肉鸡血浆生化指标影响差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果提示:ET工艺与OT工艺相比显著提高了饲料中枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和包被乳酸菌的存活率,显著提高了颗粒饲料的淀粉糊化度;ET工艺与OT工艺相比,肉鸡生长性能有所降低,饲料淀粉糊化度升高不能使生长性能有所提升;相同加工工艺条件下,金霉素和复合微生态制剂的添加量对肉鸡生This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different feed processing technologies on microbial survival rate of the compound probiotics and pellet feed processing quality, meanwhile to explorer the effects of feed processing technology and compound probiotics on growth performance and immune function of broilers. Eight hundred and sixty-four 1-day-old white feather Arbor Acres (AA) broilers were randomly divided into 6 groups with 8 replicates per group and 18 boilers per replicate. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The broilers’ diets were processed by two kinds of processing technologies which were ordinary conditioning and pelleted feed processing technology (OT) and efficient conditioning at high temperature for feed ingredients and pelleted at low temperature feed processing technology (ET). Each processing technology set 4 treatments of the addition of chlortetracycline and compound probiotics as 0 and 0 mg/kg (0/0 group), 600 and 0 mg/kg (600/0 group), 300 and 200 mg/kg (300/200 group), and 0 and 200 mg/kg (0/200 group), respectively. The results showed as follows: 1) for the feed processing quality, the effects of ET on the microbial survival rate of the compound probiotics in broiler diets were significantly higher than that of OT ( P 〈0.05). 2) For the growth performance of broilers, under the condition of OT, the addition of chlortetracycline and compound probiotics had no significantly different effects on the growth performance of broilers ( P 〉0.05); and under the condition of ET, in early period, the final weight and average daily gain of broilers in 0/0 group were significantly higher than those in 300/200 group and 0/200 group ( P 〈0.05). Regardless of the addition of chlortetracycline and compound probiotics, the growth performance of broilers in OT group was significantly higher than that in ET group ( P 〈0.05). 3) For the immune function of broilers, there were no significant differences in the immune organ indices and int
