摘 要:传统饲料营养价值评定方法工作量大、效率低。随着信息技术的发展和化学计量学方法的应用,近红外光谱(NIRS)技术以其方便、快捷、无损的优点,被国内外学者广泛应用于动物营养领域的研究。本文对NIRS技术进行简单介绍,从饲料营养成分检测、饲料原料掺假鉴别、营养成分消化率预测等方面的研究进行综述,以期对NIRS技术在动物营养领域的推广和应用提供参考。The traditional method for feed nutrition evaluation is inefficiency.With the development of information technology and the application of chemometric methods,near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS)technology has been widely used by domestic and foreign scholars in animal nutrition research for its advantages of convenience,rapidity and non-destructiveness.In this paper,NIRS technology was introduced briefly and the application of NIRS technology on the detection of feed nutrient composition,identification of adulterated feed ingredients and prediction of nutrient digestibility was reviewed,aiming to provide references for the popularization and application of NIRS technology in animal nutrition.
