摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲料糖脂比对日本沼虾生长性能及肝胰腺代谢酶活性、脂肪酸转运和Toll样受体通路相关基因表达的影响。配制糖脂比分别为1. 12 (CL1)、2. 00 (CL2)、3. 56(CL3)、7.10(CL4)、24.12(CL5)的5种等氮(粗蛋白质含量为39%)试验饲料,对日本沼虾[(0.104±0.003) g]进行为期8周的饲养试验。将试验虾随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复50只。结果显示:当糖脂比从1.12增加到7.10时,日本沼虾增重率变化不显著(P>0.05),但糖脂比继续增加到24.12时,日本沼虾增重率显著降低(P<0.05);各组日本沼虾的存活率无显著差异(P>0.05); CL5组肝胰腺糖原含量显著高于CL4组(P<0.05); CL4组肝胰腺己糖激酶(HK)和丙酮酸激酶(PK)活性最高,其HK活性显著高于CL1组(P<0.05),PK活性显著高于其余各组(P <0. 05);肝胰腺中丙二醛(MDA)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在各组间未表现出显著差异(P>0.05),但CL1和CL2组肝胰腺中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于CL4和CL5组(P<0.05); CL1组肝胰腺中B类Ⅰ型清道夫受体(SR-BI)和脂肪酸转运蛋白4(FATP4)基因的表达水平显著高于其余各组(P<0.05),但较高糖脂比组(CL4组)肝胰腺中脂肪酸结合蛋白10 (FABP10)基因的表达水平显著高于较低糖脂比组(CL1、CL2和CL3组)(P <0.05); CL3组肝胰腺中Toll样受体3(TLR3)、髓样分化蛋白88(MyD88)、白细胞介素1受体相关激酶4(IRAK4)、肿瘤坏死因子受体相关因子6(TRAF6)、丝裂原激活蛋白激酶激酶激酶7(MAP3K7)和丝裂原活化蛋白激酶14(MAPK14)基因的表达水平显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。由此可见,日本沼虾对饲料糖脂比有较大的适应性,但过高的糖脂比(24.12)会抑制其生长,增加肝糖原的累积;饲料糖脂比可调节日本沼虾肝胰腺脂肪酸转运和Toll样受体通路相关的表达。An 8-week feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary carbohydrate to lipid ratio on grow th performance,hepatopancreas metabolic enzyme activities and expression of fatty acid transport-and Toll-like receptor pathway-related genes of oriental river praw n(Macrobrachium nipponense).The carbohydrate to lipid ratio in 5 isoenergetic(crude protein content was 39%) experimental diets was 1.12(CL1),2.00(CL2),3.56(CL3),7.10(CL4) and 24.12(CL5),respectively.Oriental river prawns with the average body weight of(0.104±0.003) g were divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 50 praw ns in each replicate.The results showed that no significant differences were observed in weight gain rate when carbohydrate to lipid ratio increased from 1.12 to 7.10(P〉0.05),however,when the carbohydrate to lipid ratio continually increased to 24.12,the weight gain rate of praw ns was significantly increased(P〈0.05),and no significant difference was observed in survival rate among all groups(P〉0.05).The hepatopancreas glycogen content in CL5 group was significantly higher than that in CL4 group(P〈0.05).The highest activities of hexokinase(HK) and pyruvate kinase(PK) in hepatopancreas were observed in CL4 group,the HK activity of praw ns in CL4 group was significantly higher than that in CL1 group(P〈0.05),and the PK activity of praw ns in CL4 group was significantly higher than that in other groups(P〈0.05).No significant differences were observed in hepatopancreas malondialdehyde(M DA) content,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) and catalase(CAT) activity among all groups(P〉0.05),but the hepatopancreas superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in CL1 and CL2 groups was significantly higher than that in CL4 and CL5 group(P〈0.05).In CL1 group,the expression levels of scavenger recepter class B type Ⅰ(SR-BⅠ) and fatty acid transport protein 4(FATP4) genes in hepatopancreas were significantly higher t
