摘　　要：TSP技术主要用于指导工程组如何更好地进行软件产品开发。实践表明TSP的使用有助于提高效率、保障产品质量,从而更好地满足成本和进度要求。TSP可以指导小组和管理人员更好地解决软件产品开发中面临的诸多问题。文章主要描述TSP结构、创建以及TSP与PSP、CMM间的关系。The TSP (team software process) can help engineering teams more effectively to build software products. The experiences with TSP show that it improves the quality and productivity of engineering teams while helping them to meet cost and schedule commitments. The TSP addresses many of the current problems of building software products, and shows teams and managers explicitly how to address them. The paper also describes the structure of TSP,how to launch the TSP, and the relationships among TSP, PSP and CMM.
