用“合理情绪疗法”干预网络谣言对大学生造成的心理危害

摘　　要：预防和阻止网络谣言对大学生造成心理危害,不仅关系到大学生的身心健康发展,也关系到校园的安全和谐稳定。合理情绪疗法(ABC理论)认为,不同的认知模型(B)是大学生对同一个事件(A)产生不同反应和行为(C)的关键因素。文章通过一则案例介绍了合理情绪疗法的使用方法和程序,指出,通过查阅资料、走访调研、实践活动、科学分析等方式分析网络事件的真伪,是干预矫正的关键所在。通过对该理论的研究分析,以期为大学生心理咨询工作者和班级辅导员在心理咨询和心理帮扶中提供参考。Intervening and correcting the psychological harms caused by internet rumors to college students is not only related to the physical and mental development of college students, but also related to the safety and harmony of campus environment. Rational Emotional Therapy can be used for intervening and correcting the psychological harms. The article presents the meth ods and procedures of the theory and proposed that the key factor is to analyze the authenticity of network events through visit ing experts, investigation network events, access to information,scientific analysis, and practical activities etc. in order to help for college psychological counseling teachers and college counselors.
