摘 要:双动杯髋关节是由法国Bousquet教授在20世纪70年代设计的一款具有双关节面的仿生假体。它结合了低摩擦原则和大头原则的设计理念,具有较高的稳定性。大量的前瞻性和回顾性研究显示,双动杯髋关节置换术后脱位率低、关节活动度好、远期生存率高,对于关节力学失衡、关节翻修或其他关节不稳的患者是一个良好的选择。然而,因双动杯髋关节特殊的结构设计,其存在假体颈/内衬缘撞击、内衬锁定缘磨损、假体内脱位等特异性并发症。新一代双动杯髋关节假体进行了股骨颈的凹陷设计和高抛光处理,使用高交联聚乙烯内衬,减少了假体撞击和内衬缘磨损的发生,具有良好的临床应用前景。Dual-mobility cup socket is a biomimetic hip prosthesis designed by Professor Bousquet in France in 1970s. It is based on the low friction principle and big head principle, and possesses high stability. A large number of prospective and retrospective studies have shown a low dislocation rate, good joint activity and high long-term survival rate after the replacement of the hip joint, which is a good choice for patients with joint mechanical disequilibrium, joint revision, or other joint instability. However, due to its special structural design, there are specific complications such as the impingement of the neck/liner edge, the wear of the locking edge of liner, intraprosthetic dislocation. The new generation of dual-mobility cup socket has been designed, with a highly polished femoral neck and a highly crosslinked polyethylene liner, which has been used to reduce the impingement of the prosthesis and the wear of the liner and shows a good clinical prospect.
