摘 要:为了获得火电机组快速甩负荷带厂用电过程主要运行参数之间的关联特性,选取某火电机组Fast Cut Back(FCB)实验过程主要参数,利用小波算法对参数信号进行不同频率的分解,结合灰色关联分析方法对相同频率下的不同信号进行关联分析.结果表明,火电机组FCB过程中,高压旁路阀门开度变化对主蒸汽压力的影响最大;主蒸汽流量的瞬时快速变化对汽包水位的影响比较大;不同运行参数对主蒸汽流量的影响,随着频率尺度的增大,关联度先减小后增大.In order to grasp the relationship between the main operating parameters during fast cut back(FCB),to optimize the control system. The main parameters during FCB are selected,decomposes the signalsat different scales used the theory of wavelet,moreover,analyzes different signals under the same frequencyused gray correlation method. The results show,in the process of FCB,changes of high pressure valve openinginfluence the main steam pressure greatly,rapid of instantaneous change of boiler main steam flow rate has agreat impact to the steam drum water level,for the influence on main steam flow rate,with the increase of fre-quency measurement,correlation degree increases after the decrease,the degree of the influence factors of highfrequency is almost the same.
