摘  要:染料中有机氯和多氯酚的含量直接影响了纺织品中有机氯、多氯酚的含量,而染料中的有机氯、多氯酚主要由染料中间体引入。本研究用不同工艺合成了6-氯-2,4-二硝基苯胺,通过气质色谱法测定其有机氯和多氯酚的含量,研究不同合成工艺对产品中有机氯和多氯酚含量的影响,其中双氧水-盐酸法合成的产品中有机氯浓度为1ppm,多氯酚浓度〈5ppm。The contents of the organochlorine and polychlorinated phenols in the dye, that mainly introduced by the dye intermediates, directly influence their contents that in the textiles. The different synthetic processes of the 6-chloro-2,4-dinitroaniline were introduced while the contents of the organochlorine and polychlorinated phenols were measured by GC - MS. The results showed the influence of the different synthetic process on the contents of the organochlorine and polychlorinated phenols. In particular, the product synthesized through the hydrogen peroxide - hydrochloric acid method contained the organochlofine of 1 ppm and the polychlorinated phenols of less than 5 ppm.
