摘 要:目的:观察上肢虚拟现实机器人改善脑卒中患者上肢本体感觉、功能及日常生活能力的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组给予常规康复训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用BioMaster上肢虚拟现实互动训练,共治疗6周。观察两组的本体感觉障碍患有率、Fugl-Meyer评估量表、改良Barthel指数。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者本体感觉障碍患有率低于治疗前,且较对照组降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后本体感觉障碍患有率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FMA、MBI均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上肢虚拟现实机器人可改善脑卒中患者上肢功能预后,促进功能恢复。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of upper limb virtual reality robotic on improving upper limb proprioception, function and daily living ability after stroke. Methods: The 60 cases with stroke were randomly divided into control group(30) and experimental group(30). The control group was given routine rehabilitation training. The experimental group was given BioMaster virtual reality interactive training on the basis of the control group, both for 6 weeks. The proprioceptive screening method, the Fugl-Meyer assessment scale and the modified Barthel index were used to assess the differences in proprioceptive prevalence, upper limb function and daily living ability, respectively. Results: After treatment, the proprioceptive dysfunction rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of proprioceptive dysfunction before and after treatment in the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, FMA and MBI of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusions: Upper limb virtual reality robotic can significantly improve the prognosis of upper limb function after stroke.
