摘  要:目的:探究丹参研究的现状和发展动态。方法:以ISI Web of Knowledge的Web of Science数据库为检索对象,检索2008—2017年间丹参研究文献,检索策略为TS=(Salvia miltiorrhiza)OR TS=(danshen)。采用文献计量分析的方法,分析丹参研究文献的年代、期刊、作者、文献被引频次、H指数等方面对检出文献进行统计分析,并对关键词进行共现网络分析。结果:Web of Science数据库中检索得到2135条结果;每年发文量呈递增趋势;在《JOURNAL OF ETHNOPHARMACOLOGY》杂志上发表的文章数量最多,共有100篇,占4.64%,而在《JOURNAL OF CHROMATOGRAPHY A》杂志上发表的文章篇均引用频次最高达24.89。丹参研究的主要学者均来自中国,且最主要的研究机构是中国科学院。文献研究结果表明,药代动力学、分子作用机制以及药物相互作用是研究的热点。结论:近10年,以中国研究学者和机构为主的丹参研究数量和成果不断增加。通过建立关键词共现网络分析,可客观有效地发现丹参研究的热点。Objective: To explore the research and development of Danshen(salvia miltiorrhiza). Methods:The literatures of salvia miltiorrhiza between 2008 and 2017 were retrieved by Web of Science. The retrieving strategy was TS=(Salvia miltiorrhiza) OR TS=(danshen). All retrieved literature were given statistical analysis from aspects of years, journals, authors, high-frequency cited and H-index. Key words were analyzed by co-occurrence networks. Results: There were totally 2135 literature retrieved by Web of Science, and quantity of issued papers increased year by year. There were 100 papers(4.64%) published on JOURNAL OF ETHNOPHARMACOLOGY. The highest high-frequency cited per literature was 24.89% by JOURNAL OF CHROMATOGRAPHY A. Mostly researches of salvia miltiorrhiza came from China, and Chinese Academy of Science was the most important research institution. Hot spots research of salvia miltiorrhiza included pharmacokinetics, molecular mechanism of action and drug-drug interaction. Conclusion: The quantity of the literature of salvia miltiorrhiza increased continuously. Chinese researchers and institutions focus on salvia miltiorrhiza. Hot spots research could be found out objectively by keyword co-occurrence network.
