摘　　要：目的 估计深圳市高校学生中艾滋病高危人群的规模,为高校艾滋病防控提供基础数据和参考依据。方法 采用问卷调查的方式收集3 577名高校学生的社交网络数据,并运用网络规模叠加法（NSUM）对高校学生中的艾滋病相关高危人群的规模进行估计。结果 运用网络规模叠加法估计得到深圳市高校学生的社交网络规模均值为98人,学生中的多性伴者规模为1 088人（1. 50%）,吸毒人群的规模为307人（0. 42%）,女性性工作者规模为462人,占女学生的1. 38%,男男性行为人群规模为811人,占男学生的2. 08%。结论 高校学生中的艾滋病高危群体规模不容忽视,尤其应加强对高校MSM群体的健康教育和行为干预。Objective To estimate the scales of related high risk group of HIV among college students, to provide the basic data and reference for the prevention and control of AIDS in colleges. Methods Through the social intercourse network, about 3 577 data of college students were collected by questionnaire. Network scale - up method was used to estimate the scale of the high risk group. Results The average social network scale of college students in Shenzhen was 98, the scale of person who had more than one sexual partners were 1 088 and accounted for 1.50% , the scale of drug users were 307 and accounted for 0.42% , the scale of female sex workers were 462 and accounted for 1.38% of female students, the scale of man who have sex with man （MSM） were 811 and accounted for 2.08% of male students. Conclusion The high risk population of HIV among college students cannot be ignored, and especially should pay more attention to the health education for the college students and behavioral intervention for （MSM）.
