内江市首例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例处置现状及思考

摘　　要：目的 描述内江市1例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例的流行病学调查资料,分析疫情处置过程,思考存在的不足,为该传染病的防控提供科学依据。方法 使用现场流行病学研究方法,对病例的临床就诊、暴露史及实验室检测等资料进展整理分析。结果 密切接触者经最长潜伏期全部解除医学观察,内江市首例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例处置及时,未出现二代病例。结论 内江市首例人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例感染来源与活禽接触高度相关,但诊断不能完全依据禽流感疫情存在与否;卫生行政部门统一指挥,整合资源,实施联防联控合作机制,开展宣传教育是科学、高效防控人感染H7N9禽流感的关键。Objective Describing the epidemiological investigation on the first case of the avian influenza( H7 N9) virus infected human in Neijiang City,to analysis the process and find out the insufficiency as well as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of the disease. Methods The field epidemiological study method was applied to analyze the status of the clinical diagnosis,exposure history and laboratory testing of the case. Results After the longest incubation period with the close contacts,the first case of H7 N9 avian influenza infected human was confirmed in Neijiang City,and it was treated timely,so there were no secondary flu cases.Conclusion The infection source of the first confirmed case of H7 N9 avian influenza infected human in Neijiang was closely related to the close contact of live poultry,but the diagnosis cannot be entirely based on the avian influenza epidemic existed or not. The department of health administration has unified the conducts,integrated resources and implemented the joint prevention and cooperation mechanism. The promotion of publicity and education is the key to the scientific and effective prevention and control of human infected by the H7 N9 avian influenza virus
