摘　　要：目的观察止血带在断肢再植患者中的应用及对凝血因子的影响研究。方法按照数字表取在我院接受治疗的60例断肢再植患者实施回顾性研究分析,并将全部的患者随机分成两组进行治疗,即观察组与对照组,每组各有患者30例。给予观察组患者使用的止血带为多普勒止血带,而对照组患者则是选用气囊止血带。对比分析两组患者使用不同止血带后的并发症发生率、纤溶指标变化情况以及止血效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率为6. 66%,止血优良率为100. 00%,而对照组的并发症发生率为20. 66%,止血优良率为80. 00%,(P <0. 05);两组纤溶指标变差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论多普勒止血带运用于断肢再植患者中,其不仅止血效果显著,还可以降低患者术后各种并发症。Objective To observe the application of tourniquet in patients with limb replantation and its effect on coagulation factors. Methods A total of 60 patients with limb replantation were treated with odd number and even number selection method. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group, control group and control group. Each with 30 patients. The tourniquets used in the observation group were Doppler tourniquets, while the control group was selected for balloon tourniquets. The incidence of complications,the changes of coagulation index and the hemostatic effect were compared between the two groups after using different tourniquets. Results The complication rate was 6.66%, Hemostatic excellent and good rate 100.00% in the observation group. The complication rate was 20.66% Hemostatic excellent and good rate 80.00% in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in fibrinolytic index between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Doppler tourniquet used in patients with amputated limb replantation not only has significant hemostatic effect, but also can reduce all kinds of complications after operation.
