腹部按摩对产妇分娩后出血时的止血效果

摘　　要：目的观察产妇分娩后出血予用腹部按摩的止血效果。方法针对2016年1月至2016年12月于我院被收治的200例分娩后出血产妇并随机均分为两组(对照组与观察组各100例),其中对照组加以常规护理方法进行辅助治疗,观察组加以腹部按摩护理进行辅助治疗,对比分析两组患者在不同护理方法下的止血时间、产后出血量以及Fbg(纤维蛋白原)、D-D(血浆D二聚体)、AT(抗凝血酶)、患者的满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的止血时间、产后出血量均低于对照组; Fbg、D-D两组水平正常,AT水平对照组低于观察组;患者的满意度观察组(97. 00%),高于对照组(81. 00%)(P <0. 05);两组患者均未有严重并发症等情况发生。结论对分娩后出血产妇而言,在常规的止血治疗基础上增加腹部按摩这一辅助性措施,可以安全、有效地缩短其产后的出血量,减少止血时间,并获得患者的满意认可。Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of abdominal massage on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,200 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups（ control group）. There were 100 cases in each group and 100 cases in observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing method. The observation group was given abdominal massage nursing for adjuvant treatment. The hemostasis time, postpartum bleeding volume and Fbg. D-dimer, AT （antithrombin, patient satisfaction, adverse reaction were compared between the two groups under different nursing methods. Results The hemostasis time and postpartum bleeding volume of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of AT in the two groups were lower than those in the observation group. The degree of satisfaction of the patients in the observation group（（97.00%） ）was higher than that in the control group （81.00%） （P 〈 0.05 ）, and there were no serious complications in both groups. Conclusion For postpartum haemorrhagic women, abdominal massage is an auxiliary measure on the basis of routine hemostatic therapy. It can safely, effectively shorten the amount of postpartum bleeding, reduce the hemostasis time, and obtain satisfactory approval from the patients.
