摘  要:以硫酸氧钛为原料,硅藻土为载体,利用氨水作为沉淀剂制备硅藻土负载纳米二氧化钛。研究了反应物浓度、pH值和水解温度对反应的影响。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:硫酸氧钛浓度0.02 mol/L,二氧化钛和载体硅藻土质量比1∶3,反应pH值1.5,水解温度70℃。通过SEM分析样品可知,二氧化钛微粒在硅藻土表面均匀分散,结晶良好,覆盖率为67.42%,颗粒平均粒径为402 nm。Nanometer titanium dioxide particles were prepared by precipitation method using diatomite as the carrier, TiOSO_4 as the raw material and ammonium hydroxide as the precipitator. The effects of the mass ratio of diatomite to titanium dioxide, pH value, reaction temperature were studied. The results show that the best preparing conditions are as follows: the concentration of TiOSO_4 was 0.02 mol/L, the quantity ratio between titanium dioxide and diatomite was 1∶3, the pH value of reaction system was 1.5, the reaction temperature was 70 ℃. Under the optimum preparation conditions, the maximum loading rate was 67.42%, and the average diameter of loaded particles was 402 nm.
