摘 要:对鹤岗某石墨尾矿进行了各项物化性能分析和陶瓷材料制备试验,研究其用于陶瓷原料的可行性。结果表明,该石墨尾矿是一种较好的生产陶瓷的原料,原料易得、价格低廉、使用方便;配入一定量的黏土矿物可以显著改善石墨尾矿质陶瓷材料性能,提高石墨尾矿用于陶瓷原料的可行性。Various physical and chemical properties analysis and ceramic preparation tests were carried out on a graphite tailings from Hegang to study the feasibility of using as ceramic raw materials. The results showed that the graphite tailings was a good raw material for ceramics, with the characteristics of easy availability of raw materials, low price and convenient use. The addition of clay mineral could significantly improve the performance of ceramic and improve the feasibility of using graphite tailings as ceramic raw materials.
