摘 要:以硬脂酸钠改性所得的表面具有诱导疏水性的重晶石和二氧化钛(TiO_2)粉体为原料,采用异质颗粒疏水聚团方法制备重晶石与TiO_2复合颗粒,对复合过程主要影响因素进行考察和优化,并对颜料性能和结构进行表征。结果表明,重晶石-TiO_2复合颗粒具有和钛白粉相当的颜料性能及表面疏水性,含50%金红石和锐钛矿型TiO_2复合颜料的遮盖力分别达到钛白粉的90.81%和87.77%,接触角分别为115.6°和110.6°。重晶石-TiO_2复合颗粒以重晶石表面均匀包覆TiO_2为特征。The barite and TiO2 powder with hydrophobicity induced by sodium stearate were used as raw materials. The barite-TiO2 composite pigments were prepared by heterogeneous particle hydrophobic agglomeration. The factors were investigated and optimized, and their performance and structure were characterized. The results show that the barite-TiO2 composite pigment has pigment performance and surface hydrophobicity is comparable to that of titanium dioxide. The hiding power of 60% rutile and anatase-type TiO2 composite pigments reaches 90.81% and 87.77% of titanium dioxide, respectively. The contact angles are 115.6° and 110.6° respectively. The barite-TiO2 composite pigment consists of a uniform composite of TiO2 on the surface of CaCO3.
